We just made an account cibc just to get credit card for Cosco and we suddenly saw this. Question is the amount in the with the negative means we owe this? We didnt know bout this after refinancing bank.

Update:

Went to bank they dont know and that the agent should know, gave him a call again and said he made mistake on saying it was outstanding balance and said it was excess money from refinancing.

Tldr: surplus cash from transferring bank. Thanks for everyones insight.
