Came from SEO, only 2 sales so far, about to try my first Shopping campaign. is this actually worth it at these CPCs?

I'm new to Google Ads. I built this store with SEO first but I've only got 2 sales so far, so now I want to run paid properly, and I'd rather hear I'm wrong here than find out with my money.

The product: physical thing, not cheap, the kind people think about before buying instead of grabbing on impulse. Sells for around €210. After payment fees I keep about €109. I've got roughly 100 products in the store, around 40 of them land near €100 profit each.

What the Keyword Planner actually says: the main keyword does about 50k searches a month. Top of page bid low is around €0.10, high is around €0.80. Competition shows as "high".

The math I ran before committing: assume only 0.5% of visitors buy, so I need 200 visitors per sale. 200 × CPC is what one sale costs me in ad spend. At a €0.45 CPC that's €90 a sale, under my €109 margin, so even with a pessimistic 0.5% it survives on paper.

What I actually need from you:

  1. is 0.5% conversion too pessimistic for Shopping on a pricier product people think about before buying? what do you really see on this kind of thing

  2. that high top of page bid is always sitting high. for Shopping do I need to factor that high number in, or can I basically ignore it since Shopping usually comes in cheaper

  3. starting out, how many products do you actually put in the campaign? like I said I've got ~100, ~40 near €100 margin. all of them, or just a few

Big picture: at these CPCs and this margin, does this look like something worth running, or not really?

Please help me out, I genuinely want to know if I'm on the right track or just wasting my time. And if you've got other advice I'll take it, anything helps.
