I had a important question

Im looking to buy a vanmoof S6 but I read a few different things about the speed.

First question: does the s6 give resistance when trying to pedal above 25 km/h?

Second question: is there coming an update like on the s3 what I can remember to go above it with us speeds? (32 km/h I think)
