Hi all!! My roommate and I are interested in taking over a summer lease with the ability to renew. We’re looking for a 2 bed 1 bath or large 1 bed with the ability to flex. I live in lower Manhattan and am looking to be closer to work. My current lease ends 6/31, our budget is around 4.5k. Thank you!!
