In very simple words I wrote that dear officer My husband’s H1 and my H4+EAD was filed in PP bundle, H1 was approved long ago , please consider approving my H4 and EAD . Thats all , and sent it to “tsc psc nsc vsc-premium.processing@uscis.dhs.gov” . As easy as this.
