So crazy we have to wait so it doesn't feel like discrimination, but the wait feels like discrimination run me my severance damn. (when you are over 40 you have to wait after the 7 day revocation period an age discrimination prevention clause) they then have up to 20 days to pay incase an employee changes their mind)
