My storage unit was recently broken into. I looked through it and nothing is missing, but whoever broke into it rummaged through all my things and threw some around, and some items were damaged from being thrown around. However, none of the damaged items are valuable. The property manager was the one who found my unit broken into, so they are aware of this. Should I still file a police report?

I’m looking for a new storage unit in Omaha. The one I am currently renting has increased in price from $125/mo to now $215/mo over the past two years. Anyone know of any that do not price gauge or offer stabilized pricing?
