17' 675r not wanting to start

Hi guys,
I have been having a problem with my daytona recently.

One day I went for a ride and it sounded like the hike was only running on two cylinders. I diagnosed it to the spark plugs initially but after changing them the same issue consists.

I would appreciate any ideas you guys might have about what might have happened. I will go ahead and attach a video of the problem and a photo of the spark plugs. Bike has 5000 miles.

Mods:
Straight pipe werkes go exhaust
SAI block off plates
High air flow filter
Had a Power Commander 6 on it which I removed as a potential failure point but that did not fix anythin.

2017 Daytona 675R - Sounds like a twin, sputters, no power, won't rev

I'm looking for some help diagnosing my 2017 Daytona 675R (5,000 miles).

The bike has:

Full exhaust

Power Commander (installed for over 2,000 miles without issues)

SAI delete

Here's what happened:

While riding with a passenger, the bike suddenly lost power for a moment, then came back.

A few days later it happened again, but this time it became constant.

It bogs badly, sputters, has almost no power, and sounds like a parallel twin instead of a triple.

It sometimes idles normally for a second, then starts running rough again.

The tachometer jumps around while it's idling rough.

Before all of this happened, I noticed the idle sometimes sounded "cammed."

I also found a fluid leak on the right side of the engine. At first I thought it was coming from the crank cover, but I'm not 100% sure because my coolant level was low after I found the leak. I recently changed the coolant, so I'm also wondering if that's related or just a coincidence.

There are no loud knocking or grinding noises, just sputtering, rough running, and no power.

Things I'm considering:

Ignition coil

Spark plug

Crankshaft position sensor

Injector

Wiring issue

Charging system

Limp mode

Has anyone experienced something similar on a 2013–2017 Daytona/Street Triple 675R? Any common failures I should check before I start replacing parts?

Thanks!
