Living in a LARGE apartment complex or MTF with shared internet cable service.
I was a network developer/installer/maintainer for the Army for 10 years and I dont understand why cox can charge such high rates for fiber network while they are using a 10 year old system of coax, please explain. Latency is bad for the most part and connectivity goes out randomly, up/down load speed really is bad, What to do?
