Doesn’t mean much for a lot of people but my first time at Amazon I was negative a lot and somehow didn’t get fired. Would make it up in a week but several times I was negative like 3 or 4 hours. Got fired for productivity and tried the normal shit people do. It ain’t me , out of work andon. One thing I’ve realized is just work. This culture especially in this sub seems like people wanna slide by without a write up but not work. Thing is some people don’t wanna admit that they suck. And if u get labor shared u have to make sure u hit rate. Now im proud. No write ups, on the way to getting blue badge just gotta run out the clock. Pto is higher than it’s ever been lol. Upt was never over 6 hours ever my first time.
