Hello, where could I meet Russian people and make friends with them or at least exchange some convos. I'm trying few language learning apps I'll give it some time, but other than that idk. I want to learn the language and also meet new people. I know you guys are pretty much restricted bes of the war, so idk what my options are. I have telegram but idk how to use it.

I'm 20y old, living near Belgrade, there are some of russians here but all of them are older than me.
I'm into travel, gym, nature and gaming.
