Hunter's Watfinding Ability

Quick question, the rulebook says a Hunter has a 3-6 chance of finding the parties path if they get lost. When is this rolled? Is it a fail-safe for if they do get lost? Like would i roll they get lost but then roll a success for the hunter so they actually dont get lost?

Or does the hunter roll it once the party realizes they are lost? If thats the case how does that play out? Would i then reveal to the party where they really on on the map? Ive never played a game where getting lost is a factor so I dont know what info the players get if they get lost.

He Who Claims the Sun

Help me in implementing this adventure into Dolmenwood. All three of Hexagnome's adventures work very well in Dolmenwood. Their latest one, "He Who Claims the Sun" can easily be worked into the setting. But there are a few issues I see with it. 1) The Sunnestead Sorceress could be the Cold Prince but then his who goal of getting out of Frigia is gone. So should the Sunnestead Sorceress just be another Fae? But then its weird to have two instances of a winter war between the kingdom and fairies in Dolmenwood's history. Thoughts? 2) The One God who is replaced by the Sorceress I feel doesn't work. The One God in Dolmenwood is portrayed as all powerful, I don't see him getting tricked. So should it be a saint or angel instead? Thoughts?

Gold, treasure, and prices

Anyone who's played a campaign in Dolmenwood, have you found the players have all the gold they will ever need within the first few levels of adventuring? Do they pretty quickly have enough to afford what ever they want and tracking money becomes meaningless? If this is a problem is the solution using the silver standard for xp needed to level and treasure found but keep prices the same? Or should I just emphasis money sinks like buying property, services, and spell research?

Who uses Into the Wyrd and Wild in their Campaign?

How in theme is the book for Dolmenwood? Which mechanics do you use? How do you use the wilderness dungeons? Its a cool supplement, just curious what has worked in peoples games.
