Why is the workcover process so complicated?

well here’s the disclaimer before I start, please don’t injure yourself at work ok.

I did just that like two months ago, and oh my god.

How hard is it to communicate with each other.

I’m neurodivergent as hell and its actually destroying me inside that the gp that they’ve sent me to is hopeless and does her own thing, and my physio is sending reports but like are people reading them? There’s multiple coles health and wellbeing people involved as well, and I’ve only talked to one of them once who was nice about the whole thing. But…can you all talk to each other?!

Im angry that im still quite injured and literally everyone is like “but why are you still injured?” and people aren’t taking me seriously.

The whole process has done some pretty massive damage to my mental health, like I’m just so much more depressed and anxious about literally everything.

So yeah. Why does nobody talk to each other, when it comes to workcover? I’m sick of being the only person who knows what’s going on (even then, only just 🫠)

Is this a reward for dealing with a ton of difficult uber drivers in the last couple of months??

Is this to sweeten the fact that we get so many drivers who act like it’s their first day on earth. Both in coles online with partner deliveries (can’t speak for the whole online team everywhere but I imagine you want more than that offer 🙃) and the rest of the supermarket by getting phones shoved in faces, and asked really odd questions.

(Also ELI5, is there really much to it apart from free deliveries at participating businesses?)

I absolutely despise the voice of the RoastRunner oven.

is this a shitpost? Probably

But god I wish there was a mute button for the OVEN READY TO BAKE. Like that voice haunts my dreams (and nightmares apparently)
