Hi guys, I wanted to know who’s getting their MBA I want to know your thoughts, pro and cons on the program why did you choose UIC for your program and what industries are you looking to go in after you’re done? I want to get a in MBA because I want to specialize in private practice has a doctor and own a business in the medical world and I need something to do during my gap year before applying to medical school. Please be honest do not sugarcoat nothing. Other students are welcome to comment as well on their experience with their program

UIC needs to do better hiring better people who work in offices; they are nothing but lazy employees. This is the situation I am dealing with at the moment. The bursar’s office emailed the organization and me what pays for my tuition since I have a disability, a bill from spring 2024 in March. I have been communicating with the organization for the past three months about the situation they have kept me updated. Still, every time I emailed the bursar, they say oh your organization says that this is your responsibility when it’s not my responsibility for this payment this organization pays for my tuition every semester. Now there’s a new update: the notification of training services and funds has been sent to their office. They do not want to look into their system for it. I sent them an email on June 9 with all the receipts stating that everything had been sent over, and on my part, when I put the notification training services in the sponsored portal they decline it every time since it’s the summer semester and not spring, when I’m not even
taking classes here I’m taking my summer classes at the community college now the classes I need for next semester are probably full. I might be taking 8 AM or have very late classes by the time I get to register for classes.

Are there’s any updates on the strike if so how is this going to impact our final grades since they are due next week?

Are the TA’s going to be in the classrooms for the exams this week or they are going to be protesting during the exams ??
