hello, 19F and i have a regular cycle. my period lasts for 3 days then light bleeding for the rest of the week.

however, every month or so, i get intense cramping and i don’t know what triggers it. the cramping is really bad that it gets me nauseous, like i’m about to pass out and i have a hard time breathing.

it happened again to me this morning, hence my concern. should i go to ob-gyn or is this normal? i’m kind of scared. tyia!

hello, i need help. it’s been months now but the wifi on my pc keeps disappearing every few minutes. how can i fix this and what’s wrong with it? i use a wifi usb adapter but this worked perfectly before i moved into a new place. tyia!
