Can’t get Dolby atmos to work on new pc
I used to use a gaming pc but I bought a new gaming desktop pc and I used to use Dolby atmos with my Astro a40’s with the mixamp on my old pc so I tried to use it on my new pc and Dolby access doesn’t detect my headset and I’m stuck on the page saying to try the free trial or buy the subscription. I have tried to do firmware updates through Astro command centre but it won’t update and is stuck at 0% but I plugged my mixamp and headset into my old pc and it all still works perfectly fine so I don’t think the firmware part is a problem. I checked the audio drivers and they both match the same versions but on the new pc I only have the option for windows sonic Spatial Audio and on my old pc there’s an option for Dolby. I have tried a few other things that chatGPT told me to try but so far nothing has worked and now it’s telling me to do stuff on powershell and just thought I’d ask here before I tried anything else.
