RA2 Reborn Mod – Can’t Build Tech Structures

Hey everyone,

I need some help with the Red Alert 2 Reborn mod.

I remember that in older versions (or maybe I’m misremembering), there was an option to build Oil Derricks and Hospital structures directly from the building menu, similar to tech structures you could place on the map.

Right now I can’t seem to find them anywhere in the build menu. I’ve checked different factions and tech tabs, but they don’t appear.

Did this get removed in newer versions of the mod, or is there something I need to enable (like a rules.ini / rulesmd.ini setting or a game option)?

Any help or clarification would be appreciated.
