Awareness regarding the old AMD gpus

Anyone who is looking to build a pc or buying an old AMD gpu, this is a must read for you.

I have seen many people on the subreddit recommending gpus like RX 570, 580 etc. I have absolutely no problem with them sharing their opinions but there are some things that you should keep in mind.

  1. These Gpus are some of the most abused cards that you can find in the market. During the peak of bitcoin mining, proper mining rigs were built with these gpus and they would run for 24/7 with absolutely no breaks. Due to which their lifespan were greatly shortened. There is a greater chance that you might find mined AMD gpus like rx 570, 580. Anyone who tries to sell it to you by saying its new, Its a complete bullcr*p , dont trust them

  2. Another thing that should be kept in mind that they are not built for productive work. For video editing, Graphic designing etc they should be avoided

  3. These gpus are old now meaning there is a greater chance in the near future that they might not function properly.

  4. Even if you manage to find one in good condition, they are not gonna last long. they are not good choice for long term use. They will work for maximum 1 year if you are lucky.

  5. In similar price ranges you can find gtx 1060 6gb or 1650 4gb(if you are lucky) that are better option in this price range.

  6. If you must buy an AMD gpu and your purpose is gaming only, then Make sure to avoid the 8 gb variants in these gpus cuz they are the ones that were mostly used in mining. But again I would recommend that you avoid old AMD gpus.

I hope This post might guide someone in this regard.

Dear Liberals, Seculars, Muslims, and Other People of the Subreddit

Is it really common on reddit that whenever your post goes against the interests of Liberals and Seculars, your post gets taken down? What about all the claims that they make about how tolerant they are, how open minded they are, they stand with minority. But here , its all the same. Liberals and Seculars rule the subreddits of Pakistan, Slightly religious values and boom, your post is gone.

Edit : Updated the post body to avoid misinterpretation

Liberal Vs Conservative society? What do you think??

After witnessing both liberal and conservative societies of America as its citizen, What would be your advice, Should one stay liberal or conservative according to you?

Edit : Thank you all for taking your time, I think I need to rephrase the question.

By the Question, I don't really mean the political conservative or liberal, Im talking about societies , Like towns etc. Im talking about things like the casual relationships in the liberal societies and more serious commited relationships in conservative societies. Do you find either of them problematic?

So basically, I have two questions

  1. What is the most common reason that wives reject intimacy with their husbands according to you and people around you

  2. If your husband decides to not provide financially for the family, How would you navigate this? would this be acceptable?

Note : This post is not intended to start another man vs woman debate in the comments, It is uploaded for woman to share their perspective regarding these issues.
