Resale Apartment Purchase - Need Help!

Hi Sharks,

I need your help purchasing a resale apartment in whitefield.
The property is within a gated society, and is A khata.

Problems is that we found the property via Nobroker service and they are asking for a token amount before sharing any documents and signing of the MOU.

Also, the seller is in UK and his brother is selling the apartment via a Power of Attorney.

Need your advice if this safe.

Featherlite Astro - Purchase experience

Purchased Astro after many hours of sitting in the featherlite store on every chair available. 😂
Astro and Ares left good for my lowerback issues.Ares was more premium but Astro was far cheaper with better adjustability options.

chair was delivered tuesday unassembled, which was a bummer as it was supposed to delivered assembled.

Still waiting for assembly tech.
