Please help! Divorce final, moving in two weeks and cannot take my dietary restricted cat. USA, Southern MO. 💔
Her name is Tigger, Tig for short. She's about 4 or 5 years old and a little over 6 lbs. My little tabby cat with chronic megacolon. I've had her for 4 years and have her routine figured out. (I have tried adjusting her diet to help her gain weight. Bad idea. Vet says if what I am doing works, don't mess with it.) She's fixed and up to date on shots. Loves to sit outside with me on her leash. She will even go camping with you! She gets along with the dogs who are staying with my ex. She sorta tolerates some other cats. Some she does not.
Two times a day, she gets 1-can of Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers with some water mixed in and a sprinkle of Iams kitten kibbles plus 4.25ml of lactulose right on top.
Someone, please help. I have exhausted all of my resources. No shelter will take her. The two local vets wont take her. No one in my family, none of my friends... This is my last resort or I may have to surrender her. 😢
