Is there a way to use circuit networks to add things to logistic request groups?

I tried doing some research on this and couldn't really find anything. The info I did find said to use constant combinators. That's cool, but I still can't figure out how to add items to their logistic requests.

I have 8 logistic groups setup, FA, FB, FC, etc.

I want the requester chest to request items and add them to the logistic group via circuit networks, since I can't connect these two logistic networks. The train would read if there's a request and deliver it.

Is this possible?

So I've been messing with signals with some help on here, and I finally figured out how to run Kovarex enrichment to run with only the minimum required items.

I'm sure it's not the best method but it's simple and works. If anyone has any pointers, that would be appreciated!

I want to flip this switch if the power gets low.

I'm not sure if I need a combinator for that or not, but a written tutorial (not video) would be super helpful to learn combinators. (In addition to figuring out how to automate this switch)
