Hormones or Something else?

I got my Mirena IUD inserted two months ago after being on the pill for like six or seven years. I know it takes a minute for the hormone levels to balance out but I’m stressing
Me and my man have been together for eight years (no ring??? I’m 21 he’s 22 okay it’s cool) and I have never had any kind of issue regarding sex drive or anything like that, our relationship isn’t perfect but is as close as you can get to perfect. Recently I feel like we’ve lost our spark, part of this is just becoming comfortable in our relationship but I’m worried that it has to do with me and the iud. Sex is awkward all of a sudden and I feel less ‘in love’ than ever before.
Is this a hormonal thing that I just need to wait out or is this normal long term relationship stuff?
This was really difficult for me to write bc I’m heavily in denial as I really want to keep the IUD and I’m used to being in a ‘perfect’ relationship so PLEASE be gentle with me in the comments lmao
