HPA Axis Crash

3 months ago I had a severe crash, panic attacks, insomnia, lack of appetite, nauseas all day, severe anxiety..i had a ton of blood work done, all good (except low vit D). My PTH number is also ok..thyroid, ferittin, vit B..Well all those symptoms are 80-90% better but in the mean time I developed POTS. My sleep has gotten so much better over the last month but now this profound fatique..i have been housebound, mostly bedridden due to the exhaustion and lack of energy. This exhaustion is scaring me so much! It almost always comes with mid back pain. I keep thinking something more serious is wrong with me. I crash on every single supplement. This is my cortisol from a month and half ago. I honestly think all this is a result of my traumatic birth experience 4 years ago when they had to bring me to life and I bled so much that they had a mobile blood bank with me the whole night. I then nursed 3.5 years day and night. 6 months after i stopped nursing all this happened. Please tell me my symptoms are “normal” for this condition?? Has anyone been able to come on the other side of this?

Adrenal Fatique

I have AF, bedridden with exhaustion, insomnia, anxiety, cold feet..all these symptoms hit me all of the sudden 2 months ago. My practitioner is creating tonic with herbs…can chinese herbs really help with my symptoms? How long does it take to see any improvement? She doesnt want me doing ancupucture because it can make my exhaustion worst.

Please help me!!!

Does anyone have a recommendation on a good HMTA practitioner who also understands adrenal fatigue and cortisol levels. I have high calcium, mag and low sodium and potassium but my body is in such bad shape right now that any supplement I take, I end up bedridden for days. I am terrified and don’t know where to turn.
I have debilitating physical anxiety, feeling internal vibrations most of the day, feeling of being plugged into an electrical outlet…insomnia..i ordered 4 point cortisol test but I think I am constantly running on high adrenaline. It is impossible for someone not to feel sleepy at all, ever. I am waiting a white flag!
