Sparkling water paradoxically makes me feel so much better

I don’t know what it is, but it feels like my stomach gets more room and trapped air feels to get out more easily and it does not make me anymore nauseous and I really feel a difference when just drinking normal water and sparkling water and the burps that I get out are it super satisfying!! anyone else related this?

It’s weird when in the clinic when I was a really Emma nutrition they had to stay away from sparkling water and soda but paradox makes me so much better.

How to display the text from tags in separate notes (total beginner pls help)

It would be amazing if someone could help me with this. I get the overal gist of obsidian like backlinking and using tags and i use it most as a commonplace/ journal.

I use tags for certain emotions and notes and back links for info or topics. I dont understand things like dataviews etc.

What i want is an overview if the tags i used displayed as a note. So for example i use the following in my daily note.

I was #excited about …

And another time i use in my series folder note that im #excited for the upcoming season.

Im looking for a way to have an overview of all the the times i used the tag and see the things im excited about through all my notes besides what theyre about.

I dont want it to only display the name of the note or in the backlinks or only when i search certain tags in the left searchbar, but a nice display of the tag and what i wrote about it, preferably with a date stamp.

I dont know if i explained this right, bit i appreciate all the help!

I was laid off from my job a month ago and they knew about my illness and been with me through my tube feeding and everything and now I start a new job that I’m really excited for and I want to continue into my career.

I don’t want to sit at home anymore I’ve been there done that, but my main symptom is debilitating nausea and nervous system problems like dizziness sometimes when I’m anxious and I just I’m curious how do you handle being at the workplace and feeling like this especially in a new job where you’re still new and they could switch you up for anyone else in a minute?

The best case of action of course is being honest but we also have to be realistic in a job market like this. You have to stand out and they won’t hire anyone that sick especially not in a role that I’m working in. That is hard to find a good job that you also really love.

My beautiful Boy went to the cat hospital yesterday to have a CT scan, because he walks a little funky and his front paws are penguin like. They been inward so we thought it was something with his front paws.

They checked his front paws and they seem to be fine only minor strength loss. They probably bent in words because they saw that he has pain in his spine and in his back.

The moment I saw that he had pain and he was not really eating well I took him to my regular vet and I put him on pain medications while he waited for his CT scan that he had yesterday. I’m just scared that he has something like elbow dysplasia or daddy has a growth disorder that makes the pain in his back worse.

Im scared that it is something serious, he is only 8 months old. He is now happy and pain free. I take him to regular checkups in time that we wait for his scan results. I just love him very much and wanted to show my baby on here.

Whatever you need little borrie ❤️
