what’s up with this girl acting like there isn’t a single store that sells shampoo? 😭 They literally have better beauty products in the Balkans than they do in America. She really needs to get a grip on reality, especially with acting like she has to send everything over there, from shampoo to towels and pans 💀 Literally can’t stand her anymore because she’s acting like some entitled American.
Hey everyone! I’m a ftm and 8 weeks pp, and I feel like I’m fairly new to learning things I didn’t know about pumping and trying my best to increase my supply to fit my baby’s needs.
For my first four weeks pp, I was able to pump comfortably around 10–15 oz a day. However, starting from my 5th week pp, my supply really decreased, and now I get a good 2 oz from each pumping session. I’m trying my best to stay hydrated and eat enough calories, but I’m not sure if there are any specific supplements or foods that help with supply. I’m worried that since I’m barely pumping any milk, I’ll completely lose my supply. I also have pcos and was told by a lactation consultant that I’ll naturally have a low supply due to it. Not sure if any other mamas on here with pcos had a similar issue and if you were able to fix anything.
