Hi everyone!

I’m an incoming GW Law student and am looking for housing starting mid August.

I’m searching for a studio or one-bedroom apartment, and I’m also open to taking over an existing lease.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
✅Budget: $1,600–$1,800/month (preferably including utilities)
✅Safe neighborhood
✅Easy access to the Metro or reliable public transportation to GW Law
✅Walking distance to a grocery store

I’m open to neighborhoods in both D.C. and Northern Virginia as long as the commute to campus is reasonable.
