Controllable Character Disappeared???
Hi everyone. I have played every version of Hyrule Warriors starting on the Wii U and have played every map available 2-3 times at least. I don't think I have experienced this before.
I was playing the Wind Waker map (not master quest) on a tile with a heart container for Tetra as a prize, at the bottom and fourth from the right. I chose Tetra as my first character and Toon Link as my second.
I was playing as Toon link in the enemy-controlled Tunnel Square (I let them take it). I know Negotiator had already appeared. I am quite positive that Hylian Ghost just appeared (I let the hylian captain die). In the middle of a combo (Toon Link is high in the air, about to slam his sword into the ground), the game automatically switches to to Tetra. I cannot switch to Toon Link and he is entirely gone from the battle. Everything else plays like normal except that I am just Tetra now.
I have never seen this before and, while I am sure he didn't die, iirc that would have been a game over anyway. Does anyone know what may have happened? Is this a glitch? In the meantime I guess i will reset the game.😂
