Looking for a "erm actually" Voice for gaming content (Male, 20-25 preferably around US, Canada, UK)

Disclaimer: I'm a growing content creator with a limited budget; I constantly increase rates, and I'm looking for someone who understands that this is a long-term project that will provide better rates moving forward.

Hi,

I'm a gaming content creator focused on gaming news and rant-style content, and I'm looking for a voice actor who can deliver emotionally driven VO's. I'm looking for something like this: https://www.tiktok.com/@jthefrog0/video/7656085582824607008?q=jthefrog&t=1782773530379

I pay weekly (every Saturday or Sunday), and my current rate is $2 per finished minute. Most of my scripts are fairly short—usually around 70–100 words, which ends up being roughly 30–40 seconds of audio. Even for those, I have a minimum rate of $2.

On average, I produce 5–10 Shorts per week, although if you have more availability, I could see that going up to 15 at the most.

I also offer a performance bonus for sponsored content. If a sponsored video performs well (based on every 1,000 views), you'll receive 10% of the revenue from each milestone (100$ made, 200$ made, etc).

Every few months, I also produce a long-form video, typically anywhere between 4,000 and 9,000 words.

This opportunity would be a great fit if you're someone who can:

* Return voice-overs within 24 hours when possible. (I'm reasonable and understand that life happens—if you're busy, just let me know so I can plan accordingly. Our turnaround is fairly fast-paced due to external deadlines.)
* Use Notion to keep the workflow organized.
* Enjoy putting real emotion and personality into your performances.

If that sounds like something you'd be interested in, please leave a message.

I started creating content about half a year ago, mostly rant videos and some reviews. Now I’ve mainly shifted toward game recommendations, reviews, and some rant content, and I feel like I just can’t hold my viewers’ attention without sacrificing my personality for views.

  1. My problem: Even when I made more opinionated rant videos, I still didn’t find any success on YouTube — only on TikTok and Instagram.
  2. My problem: Ever since my content started shifting, I haven’t really felt successful anywhere.
  3. My problem: I’m always trying to improve my channel statistically, but all that does is make less and less of my personality show up in the videos.

For reference, the picture is from a semi-successful gaming video. Most of my gaming content averages around 10–15 seconds of watch time, while my rant content usually gets around 20–30 seconds.

I would really appreciate feedback on how I can keep my personality while also increasing my watch time. My channel is: @thelemonjournalist on TikTok
