Hi, I've been having this phone (Samsung A35) for quite a while and well, the problem is that for some reason, at some random times my phone will install apps like Candy Crush and other games that are pre-installed without my permission, and I the problem is, I have no internet conection in my house recently, so we're surviving using phone data, and I think that drains a little bit of it, or maybe is another system process or something? I don't really know, it's annoying. Let me know if you can help me. Please and thank you.
