advice for those who want to be student managers

hello! as the title says, im planning to apply to become a student manager in this specific sport. i could definitely learn the mechanics of the sport (and im sure knowledge of it will be needed along the way) but i just wanna ask those who became student managers how their application process was and how is it like being one?

im an incoming 3rd year student. any suggestions on how I'll maximize my remaining time on campus?

title. its been a few days since 2nd year has finally concluded and it just dawned on me that I only have 2 years left on campus. I just wanted to ask anyone, from alumni to current seniors, what they would have done if they were in my position right now? I heard from a batch mate that the biggest fee we pay from our misc fees was for the libraries (I've yet to fact check this but it seems likely) and I realized how little I actually use their facilities besides staying at one of the floors to study.

is there anything else that im missing out on? volunteering, competitions, organizing events, making bonds with peers, studying and getting good grades---What else is there so that I can fully maximize the Ateneo experience, or just being a college student in general? What can I do to make the most out of it?
