So, I made a mistake. My Snowman NPC mod has apparently been broken since release for people who've downloaded it year 2 and beyond. Upon discovering that, I've decided to release a New Update (1.2.0) early. (details in post)

First, sorry to everyone I've told to install my mod midsave before discovering this!

I was not planning on releasing 1.2.0 until it had at least a little more to offer, but I've made many technical fixes and little improvements at this point, so I've decided to release it early since discovering (and fixing) this major issue.

This means the letter update for my mod (which is the precursor to Jack's return in 2.0.0) will now be released as 1.3.0. when it's done instead. You can update or get the mod here: The Friendly Snowman

And you can read the detailed list of what's new in the mod page's change log, but here's a quick-ish overview:

- Added basic Android compatibility (Though I do not have the ability to test the mod, and can't fix any android specific issues)

- Fixed many technical issues in the mod and more typos

- Added new and improved sprites and portraits for Jack (one of which you can see in this post's thumbnail)

- Mostly fixed Jack reacting to trashcan digging while invisible when using the mod Alternative BusStop. Note: He will still react while invisible in winter if not built, but he will stop once his intro has been seen (which makes him visible) and also after melting away.

And this fix also affects my mod's other incompatibility (Hardware Store) positively. Jack will still answer at the store (do to that mod's outdated dependency, but it should only happen under the same conditions as described above.

- Added a cute detail if Jack's hat is equipped near him

---

I may also release another hot-fix update or two before 1.3.0, so please keep a look out if you use this mod. There's one small visual issue that comes to mind which I might not be able to fix until after the next update to this mod's new dependency, BETAS.

But, the mod is definitely far more polished now! If you have it, please don't hesitate to report issues!
