I'll be short. I have a job that I'm over qualified for. I had a phone interview at 1:30pm today with another job that would pay me significantly more than where I am now. I put my ear bud in at 1:25pm to be prepared and wait. My phone rings twice at 1:32pm, picking up on the 2nd ring then........... THE INTERVIEWER HANGS UP! I called back instantly but she did not answer. I called several more times leaving a voicemail and I emailed her asking what happened and that I was still highly interested in the job. I have received no response. WTF is this all about. Job posting on Indeed and such with "URGENTLY HIRING" flares but, do shit like this as well as ghost you. Sorry, I just need advice on why this happened and is this a form of ghosting.
