The Good Research Project started by Shreya Deogarhe is a scam. They mint hundreds of dollars from innocent med students and get them published in meaningless predatory journals which is in fact harmful for your CV. Don't waste your hard earned money!

Any Pulm/Crit care docs who transitioned into Cardiac Critical care? Mechanical devices/ECMO cannulations etc. How did you do it?
Did you do any specific fellowship post Pulm Crit? Did you learn on the job? Do you like the transition?
