Realtors who specialize in Military/Retiree transitions.

Does anyone know any realtors that are military friendly or specialize in military/retirees? I’m moving back to the islands after retiring and hoping to connect with a realtor to use when we make our transition back home.

I will have school age kids ranging from kindergarten to high school. I’m not sure where my spouse and I will be working, but we’d like to talk to a realtor before getting on the island to make sure we don’t have to move the kids from one school to another after getting into a location.

San Antonio Texas new homeowners

My husband and I are newer home owners and we had sod laid down when we moved. This year we want to bring our yard back to life but not sure exactly where to start. Looking at trying the Scott’s brand turf builder. Is this a pretty straightforward method to get our grass somewhat happy?

I added a picture to show our current grass state. We have a lot of weeds so looking to get started on weed killer and some insecticides or something similar. Any tips or thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
