Hey everyone, I hope you guys are all doing well. I embarked on a 30-day water fast today at 3 a.m., and I am about 16 hours in. Over the years, I have struggled with indiscipline, and this has seeped into every area of my life; I've been in the gym for over a year and I gained about 10kilos+; I just want to take a step back from everything and work on my self these 30 days; I made some research before starting but I still have some questions; I have my electrolytes in check but haven't started using any; maybe by day 2 or 3. I saw posts of people saying fasting in general causes gallstones. How true is this? Also, if you'd be so kind, let me know how your first prolonged water fast went. Also, aside from the classic bone broth, how else can a person break a prolonged fast?
I trust everyone who has done the surgery is doing good 🙏. I had an adenotonsillectomy last week, on the 31st of July and I have some questions to ask. First of all, how would I be able to tell if I have the death breath that usually is very bad during the healing stage, I try brushing after every meal and also do a salt water rinse and then therabreath afterwards. Also, is there anything I could do for the dry mouth, It's pretty bad during the day, but at night it's on another level, it kind of feels like I want to choke, I barley get any sleep at night because of it. After the coagulated blood issue stopped on the second day post op, I haven't any other issue; no ear pain, and the pain behind my throat is mild, I'm guessing it's because of the medications I'm on. Also, what's the deal with no spicy food, I had cold but a little spicy chicken yesterday and I didn't have a problem. Please let me in on how your journey was.. I would love to know if I can check if this bad breath has gone
