Midnight Mystery Episode 12 - The Parents Speak to Amy
Midnight Mystery did a tremendous job and endless work to get the truth told.
The parents spoke to Amy, and only Amy. The spoke about the things they enjoyed the most with Amy. The joy she brought to them.
I strongly encourage you to listen to this particular episode, as this is the one that talks about going forward and what the future holds.
As a parent, here are my takeaways:
- Both parents speak with enthusiasm, so much so, that I am hoping this means she has been located. The love in Mother's voice says, "when you are ready, we are here. and our love will help heal all you have been thru". Her statement was genuine and passionate. For Dad, he showed he was kind, loving and strong. He made it very clear that family did not have strive or any internal issues previous to Amy being taken.
- It is very obvious to me that they all firmly believe Amy is alive.
- Previously, Brad spoke months ago and stated, "Amy cannot speak for herself".
- The FBI has interesting wording on the flyer. It is a 1+1...In summary, it says, Amy's recovery plus the people involved need to be identified.

It is possible that Amy was forced into a pain none of us will ever know. And it is possible that she may struggle daily with courage that we never will hold. I don't think any of the general public, like myself, will ever know once she is recovered. But we sure are waiting to celebrate for her.
Meanwhile, what a great family she has. Imagine having missing Amy for almost 30 years and saying, "i can wait as long as it takes". Only a mother can do this.
