Hey all!

Just thought I'd ramble while it's on my mind.

Originally I was not taken with Infestissuamum on my first or even second listen through of the album on my journey of discovery.

Although Year Zero is easily in my top 5 Ghost songs of all time (it's so perfect) the rest of it never spoke to me. I mainly got the album to complete my collection and to have Year Zero on vinyl.

But recently I've found myself listening to it more on my vinyl listening sessions and have found myself really resonating with a few songs I didn't resonate with originally which I see as a really lovely thing!

Jigolo Har Meggido, Monstrance Clock & Body and Blood have found their way into my music rotation strikingly more. They're all so different but so appealing.

I'm glad I have it in my collection 😊

I think it happens to a lot of people where we don't necessarily vibe with something immediately but after coming back to it or hearing it again randomly we see a different side of it and appreciate it's difference.

I remember not liking The Future Is A Foreign Land on my first few times around. It was too different than the rest of Ghost's music (insane, I know!) But now it's a song I find myself wanting to sing at the top of my lungs with tears running down my face! Funny how that happens, haha.

Now I'm curious!!

I haven't been posting much recently so we've missed a few, but here we are!! A few months into my newfound love of the band and I now have their complete mainline releases in my collection!

Impera was the only one I couldn't get a funky coloured vinyl for, sadly it seems to be rather difficult in my country 😢

But still overjoyed to have it 😊

I did not expect this band to become my new number 1 favourite band so suddenly and out of nowhere but I welcome it. I'm happy to be a part of this 😊

Been worried about my Meliora note sitting in the jacket all this time so decided to give it, and Terzo, the respect they deserve 😂
