1-can it be typed on the computer but signed physically by the professor ?

2- can it be a simple piece of paper or does it have to have my college logo in it ?

3- most important , can i type the letter (objectively) and have my professor read it and sign it ? He doesnt know me that much to write a letter by himself about me
