I know that the 350z is kinda known for having a tractor sound with the loud valve lifters but it sounds louder than usual now but I wonder if this is just normal or if I should be worried and look more into it. What do you guys think?
I did a burnout in my stock 350z and after I push down on the clutch there is this loud bang from the rear of the car that according to my GF was also felt in the seat (i don’t remember feeling anything). I checked underneath right after and there was no leaks or visible damage and continued driving and the car didn’t feel any different from normal after driving off. Sadly I can’t take it to my mechanic until Monday so I figured if anyone could somewhat diagnose it here until then.
