Recall brewing - 1+ Deck bolts

So I'd been seeing people talking about their deck bolts coming loose. I've noticed my deck having more play than normal lately but the main issue I was having was it's bumper hitting in hollows when mowing where it had no issue before.

So I decided to check and sure enough all 4 bolts were loose.

Root cause appears to be poor mechanical assembly/design. One thing for sure, they put very little thread locking adhesive on the bolts and what they did was on parts of the thread not even in the hole after tightening.

I'd say it's only a matter of time before people have a major issue with this.

Impossible to get full mow without issue anymore

Have the mower since April. Early on it was working pretty well. Now after a few firmware upgrades and proper lawn growing season kicking in I've not been able to get a single end to end cut complete without having to step in.

It's losing the GPS location where it worked fine in the past,

Regular grass wetness blocks the deck chutes (I've removed the side flap and plastics etc.),

It bumps into things with parts of the body that have no sensors and proceeds to keep trying e.g. reverse into trees when positioning for the next row,

It randomly thinks the front bumper has been hit and slows.

To anyone thinking about buying or on the fence, don't. In theory there is a lot to like here but it's on its second major version now and there are still fundamental hardware and software issues.

Mid-task deck height issues, Omni wheel height in particular

Anyone else seeing this behaviour?

With the settings to raise deck and Omni wheels in channels enabled:

1.) When the mower enters a zone via a channel.ot does not correctly reset to the mowing height, it's too high now.

It's like the mower has no way of ensuring the Omni wheel height is accurate, I wonder if they did not build in any feedback system? If I power it fully down, start again it will do the deck height calibration sequence and the height will then be correct again.

2.) When returning to dock to charge mid task it does not obey the setting to raise the Omni wheels.

3.) If I pause the task and raise the deck to clear something mod-task, the deck will return to height but now the Omni wheels are extended and the front of the deck is higher than back. If I force the start calibration sequence again this clears it.

It feels like the height of the Omni wheels in particular isn't being correctly managed.
