I just got placed on admin leave today and hopefully I’ll get seperated sometime soon but since I can’t get hrt through the navy how do I go about starting hrt? Do I just go to a civilian doctor once im out and get a diagnosis again? Should I even bother and just go the DIY route? And advice is greatly appreciated!!!! ♥️
I’m navy and I’ve been trying to get diagnosed and processed out for probably well over 4 months know with all the time in between appointments. I’ve finally gotten an actual diagnosis from a psychiatrist after tons of referrals but as far as I know nobody at my command has been notified of it and I can’t find anything on genesis about my diagnosis. Just feeling very agitated with how little I know what im doing, is now the point where I should just tell my CO? Any advice from anyone that’s gone through this would be VERY appreciated!!! Thank you!
