Hello , so i passed a technical interview for a senior AI position 3+ years and i am invited for an interview with the manager . i actually only have 2+ years of experience and i lied about it and my last contract is actually CIVP ( 1 year cdd and 1 year civp ) i resigned for health reason i have been searching for a job for about 6 months now . my previous manager was super pissed off so he didn't give me the paper that i worked there (i have the payment file for the last year only) i didn't press charges (stress + health reasons) so can you give me advice i don't want my potentially new employer to know about this drama

Hello i am an AI engineer with 3 years of experience i want to start working using upwork so for the portfolio section is it ok to include just a description of past projects ( projects i have done with my previous employer and i am not authorized to share code ) or will this significantly diminish my chances to find work ? need advice please
