Weird contract clauses

What are some interesting/weird clauses that you had to add to your contact, because a you or another Doula were put in a situation that made you feel that you needed to add a clause?

Mine: Client rescheduled every prenatal visit a minimum of twice, and almost always an hour before (and yes, I confirm the night before, and the day of), and rescheduled one of her postpartum visits 4 times, but then got frustrated with me, when I couldn't give her the new date she wanted, because one of my other clients was being induced. Now I have a cancellation policy, and after so many reschedules they forfeit the visit.

How to make a new Doula understand

I've been Mentoring a new doula (I've been Mentoring other Doulas for nearly 4 years). She has a recently discovered major health issue, which I know she didn't have to share with me, but since she has, I'm trying to help her see that birth work might not be a good option right now, and she's just not getting it. When I tried to help her reason that you have to take care of yourself, before you can take care of your clients, her responses have been... Immature. All she can talk about is how nice her clients are, and that she knows they wouldn't mind her health problems and would want her at the birth anyway, because they love each other. But she hasn't told them she has a medical problem that may fully prevent her from being present at their birth. She's even asked me to send other potential clients her way, and I literally told her no, not until she gets her health figured out. What would you do?

*I will not be sharing her actual health issue, as it's not mine to share, but her doctor placed her on medical leave from her not very physically demanding office job...
