Does switching to online school hurt chance for t20 business schools?

I want to move from in person school to online school (UT high school) but I’m wondering if that could potentially hurt my chances on top schools for business. I started my first business when i was 13 till 15 (freshman year) which did $10k in sales. And I’m currently running a media company (LLC) that I’m hoping to grow to 6 figures by the end of my senior year. I’m currently taking 5 APs (Apush, apes, ap research, ap psychology, and ap lang). I took 3 ap last year ap sem, whap, ap 2d desig. UT high school provides 14 ap courses and im hoping to take all of them. Taking online school would dramatically improve my mental health and help me manage time and grow my company. Is it a bad idea?

Edit: I’m involved with a lot of pre-college programs so social interactions isn’t a problem.

Do you guys ask for google review to the home owners?

This might be a very silly question but does anyone ask the homeowners for google reviews if they like the pictures afterwards? Majority of my shoots are occupied meaning homeowners are living there but I’m not sure if it’s ok to ask the homeowners for a review if they like the pictures when the person that hired me is the agent. Am I overthinking this?

Edit: it looks like it’s about 50/50 whether this is a good idea or not. I’m probably not going to ask the homeowner unless they ask first

Listing went under contract before agent paid for photo

Like the title says, I was hired to shoot 2 properties by the same agent couple days ago. I delivered the photos the next day and he didn’t respond. I sent him a reminder of the invoice 2 days later and he paid for one property. I checked agent profile on HAR, and the listing he didn’t pay for went under contract. What do I do here? I spent my time, gas, editing fee, and floor plan and I haven’t gotten paid and no response? Also, I’ve started about a year ago and I’ve been really busy with studies so I’ve only done like 15 properties so far and out of that 15 I’ve done 5 properties for him. I’m not sure what to do about the invoice? The invoice is also only $130 because I gave him a 30% discount. I’m in a pickle here…

Incase someone says I’m cheap, it’s 10-15 photo for $179 and I gave him 30% off

Vent

I want to start off by saying that I’m not a beginner REP. I’ve been in the industry for the past year and a half, and I’ve shot multiple houses. But I’ve been very busy with my studies and haven’t done any work for the past 4–5 months.

I used Claude and Gemini to find local realties and brokerages to drop off donuts with business cards and postcards to introduce myself to agents. However, 9 out of 7 addresses were either closed or led to a completely wrong address, one address in particular was to a construction site. I’m very pissed because I made sure the addresses were open prior to going by checking online, and it did say they were open until 5:30 or 7 PM. But literally 7 out of 9 were closed.

Also, I got so nervous giving donuts to realtors for some reason. I only said, 'My name is ___, and I’m with a local real estate media business, and I wanted to drop off some donuts and business cards for you guys.' I didn’t explain a single service I do

Thanks for listening to my vent and I’d appreciate any advice.

Party neigbor

A young guy in his early 20s moved in couple months ago and he started to party every Friday and weekend to a point where it’s driving me crazy. At first he stopped the music around 8pm and now he blasts it till midnight during weekdays and weekends. I can hear the sound throughout my house and it’s so loud I can’t rest. Last week he was blasting the music throughout the night and stopped when he went to work. I can literally hear every beat of the music. I want to have a good relationship with my neighbor so i haven’t complained yet but can anyone give me suggestions to solve this? I also don’t want to be that one karen in the neighborhood that complains about everything.

Am I doomed? 3.624 cumulative gpa as a sophomore

As the title says, I got fucked this year. I had a somewhat rough year due to some break up issues. My freshmen year gpa was a 3.7370 and my sophomore year gpa will be somewhere between 3.413. I calculated and if i somehow get a 4.0 my junior year, it’ll be somewhere around a 3.7 starting my senior year which is no where near I want to be. My ecs are above average but I just kind of feel like i’m a loser.

Here is my EC

Founder of e-commerce business. Between age of 13-15 did 150+ sales and $10k+ revenue. Managed everything in the business including marketing, sales, shipping, customer service, packaging, and etc.

15-present media business - expected to do $100k before i graduate.

Cellist - pre-college orchestra program at a prestigious university for music. 7+ years and highest orchestra. Also, local youth orchestra member 1year.

Remote pilot certified/licensed

Professional photographer.

Award

Scholastic arts & drawing - national silver key for photography

UIL Solo & ensemble scored d1 (highest score both in 2022 and 2024.)

UIL orchestras d1 (highest score both 2021 and 2024)

ASTACAP cello level 4

Business insurance/liability insurance

I have some questions regarding insurance for my media company. We are planning to offer aerial video & drone, ground photo, ground video, 3d tour, and etc. I’m located in texas where insurance isn’t required by the state and the county but I still want to have it in case anything happens. I’ve went through this reddit page and I saw someone recommend skywatch for drone. Can anyone share their experience with filing insurance claim? And what business liability insurance do you guys recommend?

Thank you

Additional info: GPA is wrecked because of chem i don’t understand a single thing. My Weighed GPA is also low because of my AP 2D design teacher. She literally harasses me during class for absolutely no reason. I emailed the principal and the AP because of this and I had meeting with the dean which resulted in absolutely nothing.

Title is clickbait.
