2 weeks post-op, not happy

Had surgery last Wednesday for stage two gyno. I thought I would need lipo, surgeon said it was unlikely, but he would decide in the operating room. He ended up not doing liposuction, but looking at the results 14 days later, it doesn’t seem as flat as I expected. It's even more upsetting because when I went in a couple of days ago for the post opp, they didn't even let me see the surgeon; they just put me with a PA, and didn't even take post-op photos. It just seems like the surgeon doesn't really care about the results

know swelling is a factor, and when I went in, the PA said I was really swollen, so what I was seeing wasn't the final result, but even if it decreases by 20% i would still have side boob and a weird chest. I'm just really anxious, and I hope I didn't go through all of this for nothing. Am I tweaking?

Poor results or swelling?

5 days post

I'm about two weeks post-op. A little worried because the doctor only did gland excision, no lipo. I briefly remember the results from the first 24h and thought they were okay, but over the past week, it has gotten a lot worse, and my right side is basically the same size as it was before. If I am being completely honest I haven't been as good with recovery as I should. I've used nicotine 3 times and drank failrly heavly last weekend. Are these poor as a result of sweeling and my recent drinking or will i need a revision?
