How do you get yourself to study when your brain just refuses?

What do you guys do when you just don’t feel like studying at all and somehow end up wasting an entire week?

I keep thinking I’ll start tomorrow, then tomorrow becomes another day, and suddenly a whole week is gone. The guilt just makes it worse, but I still can’t seem to get myself to start.

How do you guys get out of this cycle?

Best Affordable Sociology Optional Teacher + Free Lectures & Notes for UPSC 2027?

Hi everyone,
I'm preparing for UPSC CSE 2027 and have decided to choose Sociology as my optional subject.
Since my budget is limited, I'm looking for recommendations for a good and affordable Sociology optional teacher. If you've personally studied under any teacher or coaching institute, I'd love to hear your honest experience.
I'm also looking for:
Free Sociology lectures available on YouTube or other platforms

Good notes (free or paid)

Book recommendations for beginners

A practical strategy to complete Sociology optional alongside GS preparation

My background is non-sociology, so beginner-friendly resources would be especially helpful.
Please share what worked for you and what should be avoided. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you! 😊

Sarrthi IAS Foundation Batch 2026 Student Here – Is MMP+ 2027 Worth Enrolling In?

Hi everyone,
I am currently a student of the Sarrthi IAS Foundation Batch 2026. I have been considering enrolling in MMP+ 2027, but I'm unsure whether it would be genuinely beneficial alongside my existing preparation.
For those who have taken MMP+ or are familiar with it:
• Is it worth the additional investment of time and money?
• How much value does it add if I'm already following the Foundation course seriously?
• Does it significantly improve answer writing, revision, and overall preparation?
• Would you recommend joining it now, or should I focus only on completing the Foundation program effectively?
I would appreciate honest reviews and experiences from current or former students.
Thank you!
