Hey everyone

I recently bought a Mazda6 2019 2.0 Petrol Automatic and love it.

Its on 78k miles and was wondering if the gearbox needs servicing? I have it booked in with Mazda Dealer for a normal service and they said you don't ever need to do it but on the other brands I've owned, you needed it.

Wanted to ask do you think it's necessary for a gearbox oil change or because of the way the gearbox is setup mechanically it's not needed.

I'd appreciate some advice on what to do with my new purchase.

I bought a second had Mazda6 2.0 Petrol Automatic 78k miles on the clock for £10k. Do you think thats a fair deal? 2 Previous owners.

The dealer will provide a good wash, oil change and an MOT.

What things should I get done first one the car? I was thinking :

Mechanical :

Halfords full health check

Spark plugs change

Aesthetics :

Chrome delete (what colour should I do? Gun metal maybe as its red?)

Paint buffer and maybe ceramic coat

Screen upgrade in a few month's (any recommendations)

Tyres are decent so doesn't need changing anytime soon.
