Ok let’s say my instance is still there but says stopped and I can’t start it, is there a way I can just backup and download all the files on there to my local machine?

Hey everyone, there's not much information about the temporalis muscle so I thought I'd write something up. I got masseter botox and obviously the temporalis started to work even harder so I decided to inject it myself. I did four injections in a square pattern inside the hairline with 5 units each injection, 8mm needle and went pretty much all the way in, 6-8mm is fine. It is now 2 and a half days later and I can see its working by stopping me from clenching during the day and likely at night, only problem so far is I have had a massive headache today which I hope goes away soon as time goes on and the botox works more.
