Help settling an urgent, but unimportant dispute.

My wife and I have decided to lease a Wind+ trim, but don't agree on the color. We have Runway Red and Snow White Pearl to choose from. This whole time I assumed we were going with the white, but this morning she surprised me by choosing red. To be fair, our top colors are blue, green, silver in that order, but we couldn't find the same deal on those.

Anyone care to weigh in?

Casually shopping for an EV in the US. Anyone have a crystal ball to predict year end lease deals on EVs while overall inventory seems low?

TL;DR right at the top: do you think there will be any lease deals worth waiting for on Hyundai/Kia, Toyota/Subaru, or GM? Feel free to stop here and comment or continue to my ramblings.

I realize the crazy deals of previous years aren't returning anytime soon. However, I want, but don't need, an EV.  I was hoping to wait until the end of the year and see what deals popped up, but my current vehicle (2020 Prius Prime) is due for quite a bit of maintenance AND needs all 4 tires (about 2k all in). Other details: I bought this car used a couple years ago and it currently has just over 106k miles on it with 11k left on the loan. Fuel savings are not a primary factor as I hardly use any gas (< $800 even at current high prices).

I'm fortunate enough to have a side job that has allowed me to drive pretty much all the common EVs on the market so I have a good idea of which vehicles work for me. My top needs/wants are decent cargo space, interior comfort/storage, and efficiency more so than range. I do NOT care (at all) about a frunk or any level of autonomous driving. Also, I take at most one trip a year that would require a charging stop so range/charging speed is not really a priority.

Lease deal: 36m/12k with 0-500 DAS. Hoping to keep the lease payment below 450.

Vehicles I'm MOST interested in:

Ioniq 5

Pro: overall package. Plus, the best designed interior (for me) of any of these vehicles. Honestly, I love nearly everything about this car. Except...

Cons: ICCU and the fact that my local Hyundai (and Kia) dealers are scumbags and I swore I'd never deal with them again. The closest (less shitty) dealership is 22 miles away. I'm fine having AAA tow the vehicle to the better dealership, but the logistics seem like a pain.

Honestly, if I was single (and only I was at risk of getting stuck somewhere) or if Hyundai could reliably point to what charging/driving behaviors contributed to the failures so they could be avoided this would be the only vehicle on this list and I would just buy it for the long term.

Subaru Trailseeker/Toyota Woodland

Pros: cargo space - I LOVE wagons. Aside from the 12v issue (which I can deal with) I pretty much trust the reliability.

Cons: I HATE current Toyota interiors - I feel like the designer was specifically attempting to enrage me with this design. I really question my ability to put up with it for 36 months.

I also like the GM's (especially the Equinox) and the Prologue, but I feel like the dealerships for these vehicles generally hate EVs and that might be a pain in the ass.

The Niro is also on my list as a failsafe because those deals are probably not going away until they run out of inventory. This is about as small a vehicle as I'd like to go though.

Any opinions or insight on my situation? TIA
