I went for my childhood idea of Barbie: all pink, wears fashionable sunshades and just finished shopping.

Next week's topic is Lilo and Stitch! So we can use the many pieces we got over the years.

After that it's Howl's moving castle, another Ghibli Studio classic by Hayao Miyazaki.

I picked Christine, since I was mostly thinking of the musical, it wasn't that hard - she wears mostly blue ans a cape when she visits her father's grave, that wasthe inspiration fir this look and I added the rose for the phantom always lurking in the back of her mind :)

Christine was described blonde in the books from what I remember so I picked a blonde doll.

Next week's topic is Barbie - Barbie fan and after that it's time to dig out all the Stitch outfits you have because the topic will be Lilo and Stitch!

This dress was made for an Arianna inspired look, and the jewelry borrowed from Rapunzel fans complete the look.

Next week's topic is then Phantom of the Opera after that, it's Barbie fan! Excellent opportunity to use those big B earrings - if I had them.

I have to admit defeat. I could not find any clothes with hearts so I went for a Queen of Hearts look. The only actul hearts are her earrings.

Next week's topic is queens after that, I planned Phantom of the Opera but I'm unsure if it is well-known enough or even doable or interesting. Let me know please.

I'm terrible at styling hair so usually, I pick the doll with the matching hairstyle if there is one. But I don't own Minnie with the two buns so a doll with her hair down was chosen - Mathilde, the first Stitch fan.

The Bambi top was the only one looking a bit like a west so I took it. Green, brown are all the necessary colors. The beast bag ia borh for color and for how Shrek was seen, at least in his first movie.

Donkey is gray an you get gray by mixing black and white. There are also some bits that are actually black or white.

Next week's topic is hearts, after that, it's queens. You are welcome to merge them into Queen of Hearts.

It doesn't get any blacker, does it? 😀

Originally I wanted to do Hermione using Désirée (Rapunzel fan with the unique head mold) but the uniform I planned to use was too small for her. But you have to admit, her hair is the brown mess described in the books

I decided to do a Swan Princess inspired look. Olaf's nose can bs interpreted as a swan's beak.

A difficult topic but so rewarding if you put together something you're happy with. I wad going for Chihiro in her casual outfit and the rose bsg is both the bit of red her hairband adds to her outfit towards the end and the rose she was gifted by her former classmates.

Next week's topic is non-Disney princesses (not part of the official Disney princess linrup or not Disney at all, you can think of anything!)

I did two variations of the same outfit and for the zillionth time I thought I really need the other Bambi skirt, I need more brown pieces. Is it recognizable?

The changed parts are the shoes, the hairbands and the accessories.

This week, Désirée is helping me. Putting together this outfit made me realize that most pieces are more on the bright side. And I kept wondering if it's pastel enough.

Next week's topic is Inside Out after that it's Winnie the Pooh characters.

All black with a hint of red, striking green eyes and a disability who could tgat be?

I considered Daisy for the restyle, I may check out how it looks on her.

You can also see a not really successful attempt at Astrid. I need the brown Bambi skirt. I like the belr as headband idea but it doesn't work with the rest of the outfit. I might post a final version if I can improve the look.
